Kate and Aperture were a super support to me whilst I was working for the Maples Group as Head of Talent Acquisition, building the Global Talent Acquisition function. Kate personally supported with several senior executive hires at SVP level, in both Dublin and Hong Kong. Her ability to identify the right candidates was always accurate and cemented by her strong behavioural assessment and tools.
