Using supplier relationships and product knowledge to procure material for marketing activities across all brands under the Flight Centre umbrella. The correct placement of this product is needed in order to drive enquiry from a wide variety of mediums. Working closely with the contracting team to ensure that the correct supplier contracts are being supported. We communicate regularly with regard to the sales progress of preferred suppliers and see to it that these preferred contracts are pushed in order to reach the TTV targets. Working collaboratively with marketing on a wide range of mediums and marketing activities. This involves working on various campaigns, direct printed mail, direct digital mail, publications and social media exercises. Reporting on the success of marketing activities by using Google Analytics as a gauge on website activity with regard to product enquiry. Maintaining supplier relationships through encouraging regular product updates and training for the team and marketing. These relationships are fostered by almost daily communication with a great many suppliers. Maintaining relationships with many stakeholders within the company and making certain that deadlines are being met across all brands and all mediums. Product development of a niche brand suppliers, Student Flights and Travel Associates by seeing that the correct product is provided consistently. Through proactive planning with marketing and product, we have seen the brand move forward in TTV and enquiry in the last few months. Ensuring that correct information is forwarded onto marketing through seeing that everything contained in supplier pro forma are done to company standards and are free from error. Working with a small team and utilising excellent communication skills so that we successfully achieve a common goal. Attending expos nationally on behalf of Back Roads Touring and Top Deck.
