I’ve worked alongside Kate for close to five years now. In those five years, I’ve seen her excel at the core elements of her job like, product management and development, sales support and managing supplier relationships, and liaising with major global brands but also learn other tasks that extend well beyond the scope of her role, like building and maintaining cost and margin objectives, implementing new and improved processes and procedures and creating a cohesive team environment. That’s one of the things that’s so remarkable about Kate. She demonstrates not only the mastery of her core role, but also the ability to take on new projects that are both difficult and critical to the company’s growth. This rare mix of productivity and ambition sets a great example for the rest of the team and explains why everyone loves working with Kate – no matter where they fell on the org chart. I certainly will miss working with Kate.

Kate was a highly intuitive and innovative young communicator who was an invaluable member of the CCTFA communications team. Would still trade at least two of most anyone for one of her!
