  Driven by a passion to help others, I introduced a counselling service through Landete Health. My primary focus is on delivering individual counselling and wellbeing coaching to women, especially during the perinatal period, young adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm, difficulty managing emotions, relationships, and General day to day struggles. I integrate evidence based counselling and coaching approaches to facilitate and empower all my clients towards self awareness, positive growth, change and personal development in a supportive, genuine, non judgemental, safe space. I also deliver group counselling in the form of an online Mother’s Group and the Thriving in Motherhood post-natal well-being program that I developed to support women adapting to motherhood by discussing symptoms and signs of post-natal depression, anxiety and stress, the importance of self-care, how to deal with mothers’ guilt, how to ask for help and accept support, dealing with the loss of identity and transitioning into the role of a mum combined with postnatal exercise.

  My husband and I started Landete Health in 2012 where a large part of my focus has been on the administration and running the day-to-day operations of the business including marketing the business through the company website and social media presence, organising programs and scheduling weekly activities, group sessions and weekend events, sales and accounting, and managing customer service and relations. As the wellbeing coach, my tasks cover one on one health coaching, facilitating weekend health seminars and workshops, coaching group fitness and wellbeing classes for adults and kids, running an on-line support program for mums where I post videos around physical health and exercise, and coaching videos and activities for dealing with mental health, managing stress, emotions, anxiety and depression, and maintaining a positive outlook on life.
