  - After repeated attempts I was successful at setting up a Maternity Acupuncture Unit. - Worked closely with the maternity team to navigate the administration of the NHS, this low-cost service was set up as a multi-bed provision in the Day Assessment Unit, one night a week for pregnancy and one night a week for infertility. - Over two years of this established unit yielded highly promising results. - I worked closely with another senior acupuncturist and employed four further acupuncturists. - Responsible for employing the staff, supervising the team and meeting weekly with the Head of Midwifery.
