Vincent Rigatti
I had the pleasure of working directly with Kate during her 5 years at QEP. She is not only an outstanding geologist but is also a great manager & leader and built a very strong team to drill and develop QEPs holdings in the Midland Basin. Kate led the Geoscience team that was key in the development of the company's Block Development scheme of multiple stacked reservoirs in the Spraberry and Wolfcamp formations. Kate is a unique combination of strong technical skills and management/leadership skills that is hard to find, and I recommend her highly.
William R. Drake
Having worked with Kate for many years at both Pioneer and QEP, what stands out the most about her is that she highly respected by all her colleagues. In my view, she has the special ability to inspire the best out of multidisciplinary individuals and teams with the overarching goal of maximizing asset and shareholder value. She is well liked, and, with skill sets that are applicable to any basin, she would be valuable add to any company. I would gladly work with or for Kate again in the future.
