  Currently Director of Sixth Form with an ALPS Grade 1. We are within the Top 1 percentile for 3 years and prior to this were an Alps 2 (10 percentile nationally) and have the highest retention rate in the Borough. 12/15 A Level subjects exceed the National Average in A*-C performance and our BTEC qualifications are all graded Alps 3-1. In addition to this 90% of our 22-21 Yr13s are in Higher education with 40% attending RG universities including Oxford university. I am one of two teachers within the Media Department. Our A2 performance is of an ALPS 1 and we have been graded ALPS 3, 2 and 1 over the last 7 years. My KS4 performance over the last 14 years have been plus 75% A*-C/ grade 6-9 and over the last three years. We are currently graded ALPS 1 at KS4.This academic year (2021-22) sees me out on maternity leave - a whole new set of skills! Show less
