Kate might very well be my all-time favorite Producer and Person. I had the pleasure of working with Kate for 2 years at MediaMonks where she pretty much outgrew the internet and took our APAC offering to the next level. Shes as much respected by the different internal teams as by our clients and has a work ethos that is almost intimidating. Kate will turn a Haiku-brief into an award-winning production. Apart from all the awards and accomplishments, shes a beautiful person. 3

Hands down, Kate is the very best producer I've ever worked with. I had the pleasure of working with her for two years at MediaMonks Singapore, collaborating across more projects than I can even recall. There is no challenge that has not been put in front of her that she has not knocked ultimately succeeded at. I was particularly impressed by Kate’s ability to handle even the toughest clients a skill that seemed to come naturally to her. She has an ability to get people on board with ideas—even people who were initially on completely different pages. Work at MediaMonks is varied in what technologies are applied and often we push the envelope in regard as to what has come before. Regardless of which technology was applicable to a project, you can be sure that by the end, Kate was the go to person if you had any questions regarding how things work. Kate was more than just a producer, she drove the local business, making a huge impact on our office's bottom line. Her ability to juggle multiple projects was unlike any I’ve seen before and made a dramatic difference in the quality of our work. When things got tough, as they inevitably do from time to time, Kate kept a level head and focused on solutions. And when the rare project got painful, she kept the love and attention to detail running. She took responsibility for identifying new team members, guiding them and growing their talents, and I know she'll be sorely missed by those she manages. Kate is an asset to any team she finds herself part of and I can only hope I get to work with someone as talented as her.

My role is focused on leading two of Entropico's key accounts driving growth, supporting client satisfaction, and optimising the way of working between clients, and a production partner. Across TV, online and still campaigns, I've led pitching, and treatments, through to production, post oversight and delivery, ensuring client strategy and expectations are met across multiple workstreams.
