My job at Upstream Academy changes everyday. My specialty is making testimonial videos for Upstream's website and YouTube page, but I perform a wide array of other duties. I organize contacts on the database, prepare Conference materials, package and ship advertising materials, proof-read important documents, and create legal documents for contests and special events. I also help run several annual conferences and am part of a brainstorming team to develop new products and bring old products to new markets. Show less

As the Publicity Coordinator for the Carroll College Theatre Department, I have a variety of tasks, but the number one goal is to get people to come to the theatre to see the plays that we produce five times a year. I write press releases and radio ads, organize radio, TV, and print interviews for the cast and the director, film short ads for the play and put them up on the Carroll College student page, plan, photograph and produce posters for the play, distribute these poster, and any other advertising material necessary, and finally produce a full length DVD of the play for the cast to take home at the end of the run. Occasionally individual plays will have unique opportunities for publicity which I have the chance to seize and produce something that is sure to catch the audiences eye. Show less

At the Montana Film Office I worked to bring new filmmakers to Montana. I did this through a variety of tasks. I edited footage of the thousands of miles of glorious Montana skyline, and read and completed location breakdowns for scripts. I created a new webpage for films made in Montana and I entered projects, locations and contacts into the Film Office database. I reviewed grant applications and created location packages and location videos for filmmakers who were considering filming in Montana. I created intro sequences for Montana Film Office videos and reorganized the Film Office's existing video storage system. I did location and script research and I helped organize film premieres and film festival events. Show less
