Austin Rees is an established and well respected firm of Chartered Surveyors and Leasehold Block Managers, with offices in Hove, East Sussex. The company has a strong team of around 35 staff and a broad, long standing client base. As managing agents, the company is responsible for the day to day management of around 7,000 flats along the South Coast of England including many prestigious flagship buildings in Brighton and Hove.Having worked for over 10 years at Austin Rees from property manager to senior manager I was made Operations Director in 2018.I work closely with the Directors and Managers at Austin Rees and oversee the work of all departments. I am assisted by a strong management team with our Property Management, Accounts and Lettings departments working closely together within one building.

When I began as a property manager at Austin Rees I had no experience within the property sector, but over the years I developed personally as well as professionally, gaining industry relevant qualifications which meant I was able to motivate myself and my team to deliver the best service. I work with compassion and empathy to ensure clients and staff are treated with respect and understanding.

I worked as a press photographer at The Argus newspaper, working to cover maternity leave. This involved covering a wide selection of press calls to supply photographs to support the news stories a daily paper requires.
