      The role was within a small team and therefore had many different aspects to it. Based in London but also at grass-root projects in Masaka, Uganda at specific times throughout the year. Created all content needed for NGO UK application including Constitution, and led on Trustee application process. Lead advisor on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning producing a Project Specification document, and M&E reports to fit within a created programme management cycle. Worked directly with Community Partnerships Manager to review all project partners (13 based in Uganda). This centred around community impact, donor accountability and Value for Money and all projects fitted within the targets and goals of the UN Global Goals. Worked alongside the above mentioned projects to decide on how fund-raised money from the event was distributed in sustainable ways. Focus on monitoring, evaluating and learning development in partnership throughout the year. Planned and co-ran events, including Marathon Week, Legacy Days and launch events within the UK; organising volunteers, runners, partners and logistics. Created and implemented internal and external communication strategies. Advised on story-gathering production - working alongside volunteers on blogs, videos and written testimonies. Sourced and produced regular content for external social media platforms and other communication channels. This included in-depth interviews with runners, project partners and beneficiaries. Developed and facilitated online and in-person knowledge management sessions for organisational development, and produced strategic direction documents such as a policy and governance document and Manifesto. Member of the marketing and fundraising team and ambassador dedicated to promoting the organisations work through transparent and accountable reporting.
