To keep things simple, I may as well just say that Kate is the best manager I have had. She is instantly likeable and knows how to get the most out of people and opportunities. She is incredibly hardworking and, as a manager, seemed to know exactly when she needs to get involved with her staff and when she can step back and let us get on with it. With Kate having worked both in house and at a senior level within an agency, I was able to learn a lot from her about both sides of the PR fence. I'd love to work with her again so I can pick up more of her knowledge.
