Kate was one of the brightest lights I have had the privilege to work with in my career. Had a great ability to be able to see and understand what people were thinking and feeling and adapt herself to them to get the best out of each individual. Learning with Kate was always fun and had a great understanding of what each department needed and then how she could help to get them to excel. Would love to have the honor to work with Kate again in the future but always appreciate the guidance along the way

I had the amazing opportunity to work alongside Kate during my 03 year tenure at Burj Al Arab. As a Director of Learning & development at Burj Al Arab, Kate was widely respected for the huge amount of enthusiasm and positive emotion she injected into the learning experience for all. She is also an amazing coach, you will see that quickly when you spend time speaking with her. One of Kate’s most admired work was developing a high performer supervisory skills coaching program for Burj Al Arab F&B service colleagues. We saw an instant transformation on the engagement level of the F&B service colleagues who wanted to be a part of this program that allowed an opportunity to prove their development ability. Word spread to the corporate learning and development team from Jumeirah, who expressed keen interest on benchmarking this initiative. Kate would always be an incredible asset to any team and she has my heartfelt recommendation.
