Parker EMFE (Dewsbury) is a market leading designer and manufacturer of engine filtration solutions, with dedication to a safety culture, market growth, profit performance and customer service.• I planned finished goods via MRP (works order creation), analysing the requirements of customers based on sales demand and medium to long term forecast.• As part of my role I expedited orders to service immediate requirements of external customers working to the premise right product, right time with maximum flexibility.• Applying lean methodology, I oversaw implementation of ‘tugger’ routes and overhaul of Kanban system, increasing efficiency and minimising waste in the supply chain.• As ECN Manager I was responsible for the trail of Engineering Change Notifications (ECN’s) to completion, attending trial builds of new parts to answer any questions raised.
