  "The Synthesis of Novel Block Copolymers by Controlled Radical Polymerisation for Use as Stabilisers in Non-Aqueous Dispersion Polymerisations"A joint EPSRC and CASE funded project, working with Merck Chemicals, supervised by Dr. Simon Holder. During the project I have had the opportunity to work in the research laboratories at Merck Chemicals in Chilworth.

  I worked as a mentor for Brompton Academy in Gillingham - this involved weekly mentoring sessions with up to 14 Chemistry AS-Level and 2 Chemistry A2-Level students. In this position, I was required to plan lessons and activities for the group, identify areas which were causing difficulties to enable me to focus the sessions around these, and also provided one-on-one help where needed.
