Kate represented QSM in the Performance Benchmarking Consortium(PBC). You can easily rely on Kate to deliver results on time with the quality of her work surpassing expectations. She always goes that extra step of creating additional value beyond the task description. She is an engaging presenter, effective facilitator, and concise writer. Kate respectfully cares about colleagues and takes loads of responsibility to advance the teamwork. As a part of the PBC, Kate wrote precise definitions and analyzed dependencies between performance metrics and leading indicators of software projects meeting those performance objectives. She shared her expertise of writing benchmarking reports, verifying and validating data, choosing meaningful sets of measures for project benchmarking and process improvement purposes. Kate is sharp, efficient, focused and thoughtful. It was a pleasure and a fortune to work with Kate.

I had the opportunity to provide technical support for Kate at QSM for many years. Her customer relations style was always friendly, helpful and very effective. Her follow-on support for clients was also quite impressive.
