I had the pleasure of working with Kate on a variety of FMCG trademarks on the Schweppes Australia account. Kate's energy for creative problem solving is infectious. She has a wonderful ability to breathe new life into complex business and communication problems. Fusing the analytical and the abstract, Kate has that rare aptitude to combine methodical project research with creative thinking to illuminate and inspire brands to go after the market opportunity. Kate's insatiable curiosity for all aspects of creativity ensures fresh thinking to a range of projects from brand strategy through to innovation. I can't wait to work together again.

2021 Local Government Advisory Panel to the MP for Local Government. 2021 Audit and Risk Committee2021 M9 Mayor representative2021 was the hardest year Stonnington Council has ever known. We had COVID and the longest lockdown in the world. We had a cyber incident. We had an earthquake. And yet as a community, and as a council, we have survived it.And with all this happening we didn’t slow down: -• We conducted our first ever people’s panel to set the vision for Stonnington in 2040• We delivered our first Climate Emergency Action Plan,• We formed a COVID recovery fund, and invested $11 million to support our community through the impacts of COVID in FY21• We enhanced our outdoor dining program,• Introduced a sector-leading Charter of Mutual Respect• Reduced greenhouse emissions by 48%• Our Town Halls delivered 100,000 vaccinations,• We developed a bold new Council plan to direct us for the next 4 years.• We had innovative events like "robots" which brought in 120,000 visitors as we were exiting a prior lockdown.• And all of this resulted in our community’s satisfaction levels with Stonnington increasing.I also saw the things that I was passionate about starting to come to life:• A new best value program based on international best practices will be activated before the end of the year - delivering increased value for money for our ratepayers from a city that already has some of the lowest rates in all of Victoria.• We are exploring new ways of engaging with our community - to ensure we hear and respond to the full breadth of our community, not just the loud.• The ideals of the 20-minute city are firmly embedded in our Council Plan as a mechanism for increasing the liveability of our city.• And we will see an increased focus on the revitalization of Chapel St as an iconic destination of Melbourne.
