When you are near the top of a company (in my case COO) you are expected to know what to do in just about any situation. Sometimes you just don’t what the right answer is. Or even more often, you know what you would do.... but wonder if that is the best solution. In either of those cases, when everyone you talk to works for you, it is hard to find someone who will work through the possibilities with you. That role of sounding board, confidante and ally is the role that Kate filled when she was my coach. A role that she filled very, very well!
