Experience

    • Senior Finance Analyst
      • Jun 2021 - Present

This role is a special blessing as I have gained supervisor experience and was heavily involved in the training, performance evaluation, onboarding, and exit interviewing for two analysts. I am proud to have been a part of the first analyst's successful promotion to a new role within our organization, and now I have the greatest pleasure to train, organize, plan, and embolden a new analyst's career. In addition, this particular position is responsible for the Global Supply Chain Enterprise Performance Management system and Capital Planning and Reporting tools. We conduct a monthly reconciliation of all capital funds ($375M USD) globally, and finalize the forecast activity for all projects therein. I operate as the financial lead for the Capital Planning tool and liaise between accounting, technical support, and engineering teams to maintain the financial integrity of the system. We also maintain the operating structure. On a similar note, I am the lead for the entire GSC Accounting ERP system. I maintain the system hierarchy, approve user access, train new users, and troubleshoot any adhoc issues as needed. I finalize all of the archive forecast scenarios for the entire department, schedule the daily system turns to get all of our information into our reporting tool, and reconcile the ledger to the reporting cubes each month. This role is certainly has plenty to keep one busy, and I am very proud to be a part of such an important operational role.

    • Senior Finance Analyst
      • Sep 2018 - Jun 2021

I've had the privilege to conduct the Year End Close reconciliation process and discovered over $800K to send back to the P&L as a direct benefit for our group. I've reworked the promotion rebate program to make it clearer and more concise, and integrated it with our new invoicing system. What a project! As our company continues to improve and become more efficient, I am also taking on some project work to revamp and revitalize our accounting systems. Taking a deep dive into analysis of our reports, how they're generated within our accounting systems, and how each component of our accounting process intersect with every aspect of our global organization has been exceptionally rewarding. Looking forward to finding more connections as the project continues.
