I had prepared students for the practical design exam. I was focusing on teaching practical abilities such as designing layouts, desktop publishing and software learning. I had also a great opportunity to learn and teach about advertising. I used workshop methods to ignite creativity and outside-the-box thinking. It was a great work experience and a pleasure to operate with teenagers' ideas&energy. I had prepared students for the practical design exam. I was focusing on teaching practical abilities such as designing layouts, desktop publishing and software learning. I had also a great opportunity to learn and teach about advertising. From the time perspective what I valued the most was my first possibility of analysing and conducting ux process of redesigning the family support centre's website. Besides that experience, I had on my plate a few other, such as: -Study design briefs and determine requirements -Conceptualize visuals based on requirements -Prepare rough drafts and present ideas -Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand -Incorporating changes recommended by the clients into the final design -Advising clients on strategies to reach a particular audience. English Language Teacher

It was a very engaging project, the main goal of which was to equalize opportunities in learning English among children from environments at risk of exclusion. They should have lessons in their place of living., which was more than 60 km from my living town. There were 10 pupils aged between 4 and 18, from different villages. Each of them should have 30 hours of English in less than 2.5 months. They could have lessons only between 4-8 p.m. I engaged 3 other teachers to participate in the project. In order to optimize the cost of commuting, I decided to arrange the lesson plan and routes so that we could travel in one car. I managed the schedule, routes, contacts with parents, I was responsible for the timely execution of the project, communications, drawing up agreements and filling in documentation. The project was a success. The greatest satisfaction gave me not only managing the group but establishing relationships with exceptional children. Show less
