Katarina is attorney at law with over twenty years of professional experience, specialised for Construction and Real Estate law and Dispute resolution.She spent first part of professional career in judiciary, acted for 9 years as a judge in Second municipal court in Belgrade, and First basic Court in Belgrade within that period. In her adjudication and arbitration practice she successfully implements years of judicial experience of proceedings guidance, presentation and evaluation of evidence and decision writing.After completing all modules of FIDIC International Contract trainings and advising clients in numerous projects in areas of Real Estate, energy law and infrastructure, she specialized for Construction and Real estate law with focus on projects based on different types of FIDIC General Conditions of Contracts.
