Kat is an incredible resource. She started at 18Doors in the middle of the pandemic and took over a position that had been vacant for over 9 months. She hit the ground running from day one and immediately after she started we began to see improvement in our audience engagement numbers. She took initiative and developed and executed a plan that not only helped us meet our goals but exceed them in many cases. Kat was always volunteering to take on extra work or jump in when someone needed assistance with something. She worked autonomously, set goals for herself and was a dream to manage. When you asked Kat for information or to explain the process she went through to make a decision her responses were thorough and extremely well thought out. Her impact can be seen through incredible growth and engagement of our users over the time she has been with the organization.
