      This role taught me many things such as my soft skills (leadership, teamwork, strong work ethics, time management, self confidence, positive work attitude, communication skills, adaptability, able to take on board constructive criticism and problem solving skills) this role also gave me the ability to money handling which included variances, banking and counting float. I also learnt how to manage and run shifts while talking crew into position, assigning weekly rosters and also able to use a database called Macromatics which is a system that shows stock, crew, rosters, profits and losses and margins.
