  I had to communicate effectively with different personalities every day, I also learned to handle conflict well if there was ever an issue. I was able to consistently complete work and task with few errors and paid attention to details even while multitasking. Answered phone calls to answer any questions patrons had. During the Covid-19 Fall semester I was able to stay on task with minimal supervision and complete tasks by the end of my shift. During my shifts I was able to successfully deliver items to patrons through curbside and contactless delivery. During the Covid-19 Fall semester I also reviewed and edited data that was gathered through LibAnswers, which was where we would input any information that would happen during the shifts. Show less
