Although working at different companies, I had the chance to witness and sometimes engage in the daily work of Kata. She is most definetely NOT someone who procrastinates - engaging in inbound topics swiftly and decisively and getting the job done as soon as possible is one of her strong sides. She is able to super-focus on the task at hand and examples a high level of self-discipline by not letting anything to disrupt her until she comes through. That said, she is also able to multi-task and split her attention, usually in order to help colleagues or the client, should the situation require it. Striving for quality, she has a good sense of ownership and does not let anything slip that belongs to her or the team - she is 'de facto' the Team Lead of her working group, answering colleagues' questions and guiding them on a daily basis by utilising her extensive domain knowledge and compassion for people. She is fluent in Hungarian, English and German and is adept at Russian and Italian, yet another proof of her hard work and dedication and the ability to constantly evolve. Its not surprising that the customers also hold Kata in high regards - she is a real asset with a natural talent both for hands-on work as well as people management: two skills that rarely come together, but in this case, making Kata the perfect match for companies on the market looking for a strong leader for new teams to launch or existing teams to reinforce.

I met Kata at the Fontanus Research Center where she attended a mental training to supplement her preparation to the Olympics. As every serious sportswoman, she knows that hard work pays out and is extremely motivated to succeed. At the same time, she is really fun to work with, and I believe that every company will be a more smiling place with Kata onboard. I happily recommend her to any position where mood, intelligence and hard work are important.

Fencing became my passion at the age of 6. I was 15 when I first qualified for the national team and I have participated on countless international events ever since, including World Cups, European and World Championships. Fencing has taught me what it means to give your everything for something you believe in. It has taught me how to take care of my health, how to think strategically, how to be independent while working in a team. Fencing became my passion at the age of 6. As a part-time coach at one of the biggest fencing clubs in the country, I taught classes, did training camps and provided general support to over a hundred kids throughout the years. I tried to not only pass on my knowledge on the sport, but also to teach my students to think for themselves, be creative and courageous to experiment with new things. Balance2 is a newly created way of exercise which aims to develop physical and mental skills as well. As a certified Balance2 Instructor, besides leading daily classes of different intensity, I was also responsible for keeping the Budapest gym up and running and ready to welcome our guests every day. During my time in New York, I was part of a newly created fencing club where I volunteered to teach classes, give one-on-one fencing lessons and keep in touch with the parents of the children attending the club. As I was also training and competing in my sport, I got to experience what it's like to be a role model to an entire club of kids, which made conscious of every decision I made, knowing that I am constantly making an influence.
