I managed an advocacy caseload of informal, detained and community clients of all ages across Wandsworth, Merton, Sutton and Kingston, based at Springfield Hospital and outreaching to St Mary's and Tolworth Hospital. I developed and utilised an in-depth knowledge of mental health & human rights law and used this to provide encouragement & develop empowerment in clients. I developed effective approaches to non instructed advocacy and trained our team as well as making available across the organisation.
