Game Staff Management was responsible for the oversight of all other employees to make sure they were doing their assigned jobs as efficiently and effectively as possible. Other responsibilities included training employees about many different skilled positions and filled in for some of those positions during a shortage of staff. Game Staff Managers also transported employees to and from job sites, operating and handling sports equipment, and interpersonal relations. Engagement Specialist

Engagement Specialist position was an internship completed with over 500 hours. Learned how to use an online documentation system for clients to input data as well as worked hands on with the clients in the program. Clients were between the ages of 13-18 and were diagnosed with Autism as well as developmental disorders or had intellectual disabilities. In attendance to court hearings for clients, documentation was updated weekly. Documentation included safety assessments, IEP's, contact reports, life skills assessments, etc. Show less
