  I loved my time at The Clay Bakers! When I started there as part-time help, I was timid and unexperienced. I quickly learned to come out of my shell and now pride myself on my ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds. I regularly hosted large events and groups of 50+ people. I also learned many valuable skills such as glass fusion and kiln operation. I was later promoted to Team Leader where I led a team of 5+ women in the studio's day-to-day operations. My responsibilities included opening and closing the studio, checking out customers, counting the bank, teaching classes, inventory, and assisting with marketing among other things. Show less
