Resolute, intelligent, and dedicated are just a few words that come to mind when I think of Kat. I was fortunate to work with Kat during her time as a Senior Product Manager at Dimagi, collaborating on several divisional initiatives. Kat’s ability to balance competing priorities and navigate ambiguous challenges is second to none. Specifically, I witnessed Kat take a diverse set of project requirements and transform them into a collaborative, intentional, and growth-oriented Product life-cycle for the division. Kat is diligent, thoughtful, and an absolute joy to work with. I look up to Kat as a leader and can’t wait to see what she is able to accomplish in the years to come. Without a doubt, Kat would be an asset to any organization or team.

Kat is incredibly resourceful and has the ultimate go-getter attitude - you can't find anyone better to get a job done. I had the pleasure of working with Kat during her role as a product manager on our US Health team at Dimagi during the year and a half we overlapped. The pandemic was particularly hard on our newly formed US Health division as we scrambled to help our partners during the COVID case surges in the US, and Kat worked tirelessly to make sure that we were focusing our development efforts on continuing to adapt and deliver business value during these times of change. Even with the setbacks she encountered, she always had a smile or a rueful joke, and made space to have genuine empathy and caring for her coworkers. I couldn't recommend Kat more for any job that needs doing, and I can't wait to see where she goes next.
