Having worked under Kasun for almost 4 years, I could say that he is a great Manager with exceptional leadership and people skills. His knowledge is vast and extensive which was helpful for me and my colleagues to excel in our own work and also collectively as a team to reach tough challenges. Kasun knows how to bring the best out of his team members by inspiring and mentoring them. The most admirable quality I find in Kasun is the result driven nature together with the never-giving up attitude. I can gladly say that Kasun is a gem to have in any team!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with many professionals in my line of work, but Kasun is someone who I will always remember fondly. I started my career as a direct report to Kasun. Not only did he show me many tricks of the trade, but he went and helped each one of our team members to groom both professionally and personally. His ability to overcome challenges with a smile made him stand out as a cut above the rest! His dedication to his craft is nothing short of inspiring, and his ability to coach others is something that I’ll miss. I’m grateful to have worked with Kasun and highly recommend him to any company.
