I have had the pleasure of working with Kassie over a year now since Baywood Hotels opened the AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral. Kassie currently handles the social media posting and strategy for the hotel on Facebook/Instagram as well as another project for us. With the strategy in place she has grown the interaction and follower account on all fronts. She communicates very effectively and is always available to share strategy on questions presented. Many times I send a request to her and she is a step ahead already and often has it completed before I even send it to her. She is a true asset.
