  Sport Event Fyn blev 1. januar 2019 lagt sammen med Destination Fyn. Mine arbejdsopgaver er fortsat at aktivere organisationens mange sponsorater og partnerskaber, så de giver mest mulig værdi for klyngerne i Erhvervshus Fyn og det fynske erhvervsliv. Aktiveringen afhænger af sponsoratets muligheder og eventens målgruppe, og strategien herfor planlægges derfor fra event til event. Sponsoraterne og partnerskaberne der aktiveres på, er hovedsageligt store sport- og kulturevents såsom: - Heartland Festival - H.C. Andersen Festivals - Danisa Denmark Open (badminton) - VM i Cyklecross 2019 - Multisport Festival 2018 (5 VM'er i triathlon) - ESL Pro League Finals 2017 (e-sport) - Codegarden Show less

  Mine arbejdsopgave var primært at aktivere Sport Event Fyns sponsorater og partnerskaber så de gav mest mulig værdi for klyngerne i Udvikling Fyn. Som eksempel kan nævnes Danisa Denmark Open hvor vi udnyttede den store asiatiske interesse i badminton til, at invitere asiatiske fødevare-investorer til Fyn. Her besøgte de flere fødevareproducenter og havde efterfølgende mulighed for at socialisere og netværke med verdensklasse badminton som baggrund. UCI Cyklecross World Cup 2017 afdelingen i Bogense blev udnyttet til, at styrke vores cykelturisme-strategi overfor en meget relevant målgruppe. Denne indsats blev yderligere underbygget da der blev afholdt VM i Cyklecross i Bogense ca. et år senere. Show less

  Sponsorship research from a business point of view. Why do organisations sign sponsorship deals and what is the best way to activate these deals in order to secure strategic benefits. I specifically researched sponsorships in professional cycling. I was curious to find out why organisations would cooperate with a sport that was somewhat tainted by a poor image and thus theoretically subject them self to bad image transfer. Interestingly the interest in cycling had not decreased (it had actually increased in Denmark) but the sponsorships were still relatively cheap compared to other sports with the same target group reach. Paradoxically it seemed the the poor image had both increased the sport's awareness and lowered the sponsorship costs.
