I mentored Kasparas directly on two couple-month periods in 2020 and 2021, towards market research, business analysis, and marketing / biz dev. Particularly for his age, Kasparas showed good skills in business analysis, project management and was very self-motivated - this during the C19 pandemic and working fully remotely. I would recommend hiring him for the aforementioned areas, and also would enjoy working with him again in the future.
