Marina Shutova
Kaspar joined Lingvist as a trainee, when Lingvist didn't even have plans to recruit one. It was his enthusiasm and self-organisation that created an opportunity for his project: driving community user engagement. Whilst serving quarterly team and company OKRs, Kaspar's initiatives were self-authored. Luckily for us, Kaspar is a strong team player with a rich ability for autonomy. So his projects took off quickly and shortly after establishing goals and limitations. Like every startup, limitations were many. Yet they only pushed Kaspar to find more creative ways to stimulate community engagement. Kaspar's team spirit impressed many, and needless to say he stayed at Lingvist for good after the traineeship ended. What's more, Kaspar also demonstrated a strong eye for user problems, and eventually moved on to move the needle with the design team. Letting Kaspar go was a bitter sweet moment for Customer Success. It would be a mistake not to get him if you are after designing innovative ways to engage your audience.
