Having started my career in 2006 at IMRB International in Mumbai, my 14+ years journey as a Consumer and Market Insights professional has been nothing less than a roller coaster ride with couple of black outs in between. Spent a major part of those foundational years across Kantar companies (IMRB - Mumbai, TNS - Dubai and Millward Brown – Mumbai) and ended with a short stint at Ipsos in Mumbai with some interesting and experience rich stints in between across couple of organisations. Through the years grew from being an Executive liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and with clients to meet their basic research requirements, to a Director responsible for growing business in hand and generating new revenue streams, managing P&L and mentoring individuals. Worked with clients across various sectors partnering on projects across different stages of the product and service life cycle. Finally reached that stage where stress took over completely and I realised I wasn’t enjoying what I was doing. So, with excitement in my heart and business management experience to support me, I have sailed out to build my professional career from scratch in a completely different field.
