I worked with Kashawn as his financial operations instructor at Year Up’s downtown Boston location in 2019. Kashawn was always organized, diligent, and showed a growth mindset throughout the program. He is a very quick learner and has shown high attention to detail with his work. He is a team player who is always willing to help, as he often went out of his way to help other students in the class understand the more challenging concepts and assignments. It was a pleasure working with Kashawn during our time together at Year Up. Kashawn is the type of person you would want to have on your team, and I would highly recommend him as a detail-oriented and diligent individual who would be an asset to any organization.
