I am in charge of creating/updating APQP documents, conducting capability studies, GR&R, and putting together the final PPAP packages for our customers. Being an operator for 6 years prior to my current position has helped me with the basic knowledge I need to complete my job to the best of my ability.

Mar 2004 - Nov 2011
Before working at AMT I had no knowledge of operating a CNC so I learned a lot of things like reading measuring tools such as calipers and micrometer, reading blue prints, making offsets in my machine and changing out tooling.

Safe Haven of Racine is non-profit organization for abused, neglected and throw away youth whom are seeking temporary shelter. I was given the opportunity to work at Safe Haven as an intern for school and continued to work there after I completed my hours. While working here I did intakes and discharging of youth, group, individual and family sessions, and was also a part of the crisis call-in line for all ages. This line of work you really need to have a passion for what you do in order to make difference in someones life. Show less
