Obtain and record patients’ vital signs, blood sugar, and EKG’s for patients up to 18 years old as instructed by professional staff. Provide patient care such as wound dressings and splinting as directed by professional staff. Also, responsible for frequent rounding to ensure comfort, dignity, and privacy of all patients and their families. Assisting the nurses in blood draws. Transporting patients to different areas in the hospital including inpatient units and radiology departments.
