This is an end-to-end service, from ascertaining requirements, to ensuring strict legal agreement adherence, onboarding and transitional support, accounting and reporting, billing and remuneration, all whilst focussing on building genuine stakeholder relationships. My specialism more laterally has been in our North American region, helping to support and build out our expanding Canadian business in particular. Project work forms a significant part of my current role and delivering continuous improvement and efficiency is something I am passionate about. I very much enjoy working collaboratively across the business to either manage and deliver projects, or to provide input as a technical SME within sectional, departmental or strategic projects. Alongside my core role, I spent several years overseeing the client reporting process at a strategic level. This had a broad span of responsibility all the way from maintaining over-sight of the full process and coordinating all operational departments involved, to ensuring over one thousand client deliverables were met each reporting cycle. I provided SME support as needed, worked with senior stakeholders within the business to achieve desired outcomes, worked to ensure appropriate business continuity planning was in place and directed a team with responsibility for all BAU queries and process improvements.
