Through the Westpac Group, I was seconded through the Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships to the NPY Womens Council in Alice Springs where I volunteered as a Senior Business Analyst. This was a 3 month term where I was involved in the design piece of the Empowered Communities projects. This project is working with 8 Indigenous Organisations around Australia to change the way the Government and Indigigenous Organisations work together in the Service Delivery space. In addition to this, the organisations involved are sharing their learnings with one another in order to improve the services they deliver to their respective communities.

Through the Service Management Program I implemented a number of projects including roll-out of a discovery tool within the group, two version control systems and an end user computing asset management system for one of the brands within the group.

SGB Re-engineering Team (December 2009 to mid-May 2011) & previously with the Mortgage Transformation Team working on both SGB & WBC mortgages (April 2007 to November 2009). The Re-engineering Program was set up within the Retail division of St George Bank to support the BAU Retail growth plans over 3 years. The Mortgage Transformation team drove productivity improvements through process improvements or lending system enhancements within the Broker Mortgage Services team in St.George and more recently through the Sales Support Unit in Westpac.

At Atradius my role extended past the QA realm; of testing, writing test scripts & planning testing for releases and into integration manager as Japan & New Zealand were migrated onto our systems and as a new international product was rolled out to to the Southern Hemisphere. I also trained the region on the systems, including documentation and was last line of support prior to IT escalation.
