Operations Analyst

At 3dot14 or Pi(as we used to call it), I was a digital marketing whizz constantly handling the operations side of mobile marketing. I was responsible to hit individual campaign’s revenue targets as well as contribute positively to the team’s overall target. I prospected and onboarded new campaigns weekly in order to reach targets and built rapport with all clients for return business. During this role I collaborated with publishing managers to create new and improved ways to generate revenue and optimise campaigns in order to meet required KPIs.

I was responsible for the development of coolant compositions for a fire extinguishing system called CAFES. Worked with 2 senior scientists to design and fabricate a 20 gram aerosol fire extinguishing generator on which I performed experiments. Used ThermoGravimetric data from different cooling compositions to determine their endothermicity and feasibility in a real life system. I gained valuable research and analysis experience by modelling and analysing data based on prepared reports. I am an intern required to design a quaternary distillation system for future operations expansion. My work was to find out the various design parameters of the distillation columns to be employed and to list out various intensification techniques to build a cheaper and a sustainable class of equipment. I used Excel VBA to model the design parameters of the distillation columns and supported it with CAD instructions for equipment visualisation. I was primarily responsible for data collection of an underlying problem called Electro Deposition(ED) droplets. Within 4 weeks of my training I analysed ED drop data from over 4000 cars to perform problem analysis using the practice of Kaizen. Additionally, I designed and prototyped a jig that led to a decrease in the ED droplets by over 60%. I worked with the Founder to increase engagements on different socials platforms. My role was to create different marketing strategies for an effective influence on all of Bizztor’s social media platforms. I led a robust team of digital creators to replace reliance on external agencies. I was required to update social media channels as well as run fresh marketing campaigns to attract new businesses.
