This was an offline internship. I got the opportunity to prepare concept notes and research on case laws pertaining: to the quashing of criminal defamation proceedings under S.482 CrPC, on trademark infringement and amendment of pleadings, on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the Insurance Act, examining the potential viability of PILs, among other issues. I also regularly attended hearings at the City Civil Court and the Karnataka High Court and made notes on various cases.
