Recruited to Design and Development of Re-circulating Ball screws. Delivered Different Proto types of Ball screws using Cad software's and currently working on process operations, procurement of Tools and materials , Planning Manufacturing operations. Key Contributions: o Developed Proto type of Ball screws by analyzing various literature surveys. o Developed new conceptual solutions resolving the problems facing on previous design and developed new prototype. o Developing 3D modeling and 2d drawings of ball screw by using unique tools SolidWorks. o Applied GD&T for design to develop/ achieve precision positioning. o Applied concepts of Design for manufacturing and Design for assembly related to project. o Developed Process operations to minimize the cost product and achieve better efficiency. o Developing of Ball screw demonstration and sub assembly systems related to project. o Procurement of raw materials and tools related to project. Here I faced with different kind of challenges in design , assembly and fabrication and many live experience and got more practical knowledge in real time. Here I did manual preparation for 3 projects it looks simple but there is a huge procedure for document preparation and very interesting.Day to day challenges.even I was a day challenger and currently working in 2 projects in design department .
