I also head the setup of process for manufacturing and testing of tFITs. •Design of sheet metal packaging integrating electronic and optic components. • 3DModel using Solidworks, PDM , BOM and FEA. •Selection of vendors and Product management and manufacturing supervision. •Conduct studies and create engineering documentation including DVP&R, FMEAs, tolerance stacks, GD&T analysis, DFM studies and risk assessment. •Installation at customer site and conduct pre-sales product demonstration, conduct technology demonstration to customers and field testing. •Coordinate prototype builds, create test plans, monitor test execution, and create test reports. •Create program documentation per APQP processes and specific customer requirements. •Manage all aspects of design, manufacturing, research and quality issues for the sensor.
