Executing the Refractory work as per drawings provided by the customer. Analyze the Refractories based on locations, operation parameter and suggesting the improvement ideas to the customer as a team. As a team member, we Brainstorm the work between our teams for the clear communication, output and time management. Preparing and maintaining the Refractory progress report, consumption report, quality reports on daily basis to track the work efficiently. Performing Refractory quality inspection and analysis on a daily basis to ensure quality in line. Coordinating the site from all angles of work and understanding the Refractory specifications and follow it up. Managing the site of approximately 150 members by monitoring and clearing the works with quality and safety aspects. Show less

Performing physical test for incoming Refractory raw materials like Bulk density, Moisture content, Sieve analysis, Specific gravity and Loss on ignition.•Performing physical test for finished Refractory products like Sieve analysis, BD, setting time, Water percentage, Cold crushing strength and Modulus of rupture.•Conducting the lab trials with our R&D team on daily basis with different Refractory raw materials to meet specific requirements and for cost reduction.•Casting, Curing, drying and firing of Refractories and cement were conducted regularly to ensure quality in line.•Producing the Pre cast Pre fired (PCPF) Refractory blocks and curing, drying and firing of PCPF blocks will get done as per the client requirements.•Preparing and maintaining the Refractory quality reports and data sheet of Refractories on daily basis to track the work efficiently.•Loading, unloading and tracking record for Furnaces.•Visiting industries as a Refractory inspector to track the quality of products.
