(2019-2020 and 2021-2022 seasons) As the Marketing and Promotions Assistant at UMass Lowell Athletics I ensured all promotional aspects on game days were fulfilled for 10 Division I sports (men's and women's soccer, field hockey, men's and women's basketball, men's ice hockey, men's and women's lacrosse, baseball, and softball). I created PA scripts and promotional timelines for all above sports except men's ice hockey. Each week I worked closely with the Director of Marketing and Promotions to brainstorm and create new marketing materials for various events. I engaged with the local community inviting groups to perform the National Anthem and participate in in-game activities, i.e. high five tunnels, half-time scrimmage, on court promotions, etc. In addition to the in-game activities, I organized special events such as Touch-a-Truck, National Girls and Women in Sports Day clinic, and Rowdy's Art Day for anyone to participate in. I was the main point of contact for the River Hawk Kids Club uploading each registered member to our database, mailing welcome packets, and keeping members up to date via email with upcoming events and Kids Club only opportunities. For Team Arizona, I organized the transportation for the 2018 Special Olympics US Games in Seattle, Washington.
