Karryn, was the main report for many aspects of the business, IT being one of them, so during the time that I supported Shamrock Craft, I liaised with her across all matters relating to IT. Karryn is thoughtful, very well organised and a strategically well versed professional. From planning IT Projects with well written documentation to Managing the required tasks to complete a project, assure that no time is wasted and downtime & user disruption is minimised, resulting in a smooth execution of projects. Highly dependable and easy going makes it a pleasure to work with and be managed by Karryn. Karryn is an extremely effective manager with superior organizational skills. When Karryn assembles her team for an initial project meeting, she already has a firm course of action in place with a contingency plan ready in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
