I can only speak of Karrie in the context of being a customer, but I imagine that is the best indication of skill. During a major product, Karrie shared office space with me and another coworker. As the project ramped up and my involvement was needed in the closing stages of construction, Karrie was my go-to when I had questions. If she didn't know, she where to look or who to talk to. She helped to get needed parts and track down missing shipments. I'm sure this could have been handled by someone less skilled and less busy, but Karrie was on the other side of a partition, and I'm a fundamentally lazy person. She was really great to work with, handling herself with a perfect balance of professional etiquette and friendly familiarity. We were all pretty sad at the end of the project when Karrie had to go on to the next job. She's a gifted asset. Any employee is lucky to have her.
