  I develop all programming for the 20 hospitals and clinics we serve nationally. This includes coordinating monthly volunteer events with business and community organizations, organizing all elements of hospital parties, and deliveries to hospitals and clinics. Every month is a different holiday related theme. I'm able to come up with creative crafts/activities for our activity boxes, and party favors. I also help with registration, event planning and auction/raffle for fundraising events such as golf outings and annual fundraiser.

  I have volunteered in various positions since 2009 at this camp. Depending on the year we have had 80-120 teenage girls and leaders there for 4-5 days. I've organized crafts, been in charge of the kitchen, and have been the director. I've training several new directors and assisted them at camp. I organized and supervised this five-day overnight camp for girls, ages 11-18 (50-75 girls attended) for 3 years and assisted and trained the new director for 3 years. As director I managed recruiting, training, and developing staff and youth leaders. Extensive management and leadership skills involved.
