Identified and managed risks related to Production Chemistry such as scale, wax, souring, corrosion inhibition, separation, and developed mitigation plans to control these risks. Ensure the production chemistry threats are managed in a predictive manner, optimized production and chemical injection to control the corrosion/scale or other deposits build-up of the internal process facility for all assets. Managed, coordinated and monitored flow assurance engineering contractors (on-site contract flow assurance engineers, or external suppliers), appropriate to the scale, complexity and business requirements of operating regions. Challenged, prioritized and planned work requests to meet operational delivery schedule and quality. Prepared the Flow Assurance Chemical Injection graph at wells, pipes and facilities level, providing support to the Production Sectors in the implementation of the chemicals injection program by issuing the chemicals transport and distribution program. Monitored the results of the chemicals injection process , continuously striving for optimization of chemicals 'consumption in conjunction with the previously decided dosage and reporting the monthly achievement of related KPI. Contributing to daily oil production enhancement by injecting the right chemicals via gas lift resulting in a 10% increase in field daily production (+450 bbl/day). Planned and conducted periodic evaluation tests for all the chemical treatment programs to confirm suitability and effectiveness. Managed task force initiatives with Technical experts from chemical suppliers to develop innovation and internal technical knowledge of emulsion treating, scale and wax inhibition. Performed flow assurance studies, incl. efficiency tests of oilfield chemicals. Responsible for budget control and approval such as production chemicals, tank rental, field trials, laboratory consumables ,laboratory manpower, and offshore lab analyses. Show less
